Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Advisor - 43k-50K plus package based near Wembley covering sites across the South East
Principal People are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Safety, Health, Environment, Quality Advisor seeking a fresh opportunity with a sought-after employer who are an established leader within their specialist field. Working on a prestigious project across the South East, this UK leading Utilities and Civil Engineering organisation are a nationally recognised company who offer excellent career progression opportunities.
A strategic position based both in office and on site, will be working closely with all site teams covering sites across the South East. The successful Safety, Health, Environment, Quality Advisor will report directly into the Safety, Health, Environment, Quality Manager and will be responsible for reviewing and creating risk assessments and method statements and engaging with the workforce and staff in training and support.
This key position will hold the following responsibilities:
- Site audits
- Site inspections
- Attend and participate in client meetings and workshops
- Reporting data and writing reports on weekly and monthly basis
- Incident investigations
- Carry out toolbox talks
- Assist with sub-contractor and supplier evaluations
The successful Safety, Health, Environment, Quality Advisor will hold:
- Experience within Utilities
- NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH construction as a minimum
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- UK Driving license
Our client is open to seeing candidates with a varied level of experience of Health and Safety within Utilities.
In return the salary is £43-£50k + company car or car allowance + fuel expenses + pension scheme + private healthcare + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
