Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor – 40-45K plus car and extensive package covering multiple sites within the M25

Working on a multiple site basis the successful Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor will be working closely with all site teams covering sites within the M25 with an office based in South East London.
Reporting directly into the Regional Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of 2 Health and Safety Advisors, developing internal relationships and external client relationships and driving a strong Health and Safety culture in a market leading Utilities organisation.
Key responsibilities of this strategic and operational role include:
- Developing internal relationships and external client relationships
- Managing a team of 2 Health and Safety Advisors
- Carrying out audits and investigations
- Updating and managing databases
The successful Senior Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Advisor will hold:
- Enthusiasm to drive improvement for nurturing a Health and Safety culture
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent as a minimum
- Exposure to the utilities sector
Our client is open to seeing candidates with a varied level of experience of Health and Safety with exposure to the Utilities sector.
However, they would consider other backgrounds from the construction/civil engineering sector.
In return the salary is £40-£45k + company car + fuel card + pension scheme + discretionary bonus.
