The companies head office is based in Birmingham and has sites covering the South and South West Midlands, with the ideal candidate commutable in this area. This immediately recognisable brand are looking for a Safety, Health and Environment Advisor to join their business as an integral part of the team.
The successful Safety, Health and Environment Advisor will directly report into the Regional Health and Safety Manager and play a key part in Health and Safety across the companies sites.
The successful candidate will benefit from an outstanding salary of up to £30,000 plus package including a company car, business and personal fuel card, 3.5% pension, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays which increases per year of service and life insurance worth 2x the salary.
The successful Safety, Health and Environment Advisor will be responsible for:
- Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture
- Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements
- Site visits
- Audits and report writing
- Toolbox talks
The ideal candidate will possess:
- NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum.
- The ideal candidate possessing working experience in the Construction, Groundworks or Civil Engineering Sectors.
