In what situation would we hire an interim / contractor?
There are many reasons why you might look at recruiting short-term talent. Some of the common reasons include additional support, maternity cover, sickness cover, team restructures, recruitment freezes, and bespoke project work.

What is the cost of hiring an interim / contractor?
We work to your budget! So should you have a budget of £350 per day, we will only charge you £350 per day for any days our contractor works.

How long does the process take?
We appreciate when recruiting an interim it is normally an urgent situation. We guarantee a shortlist within 48 hours and 53% of our roles are shortlisted within 24 hours.

What is difference between fixed-term contract and day rate?
With a fixed-term contract, you as the business will take on an interim employee directly on a salary. However, with day rate we will employ the contractor and subcontract them to your business on a day rate basis.

What compliance checks are carried out with your interim / contractors?
All our contractors have their rights to works checked, qualifications cross-referenced with the relevant body, two references taken and have a compliance document complete which outlines any additional information we require such as criminal convictions etc.
