Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic delivery of safety and compliance services across the estate
- Manage contracts to ensure technical excellence, budget alignment, and value for money
- Develop and maintain safety cases for high-risk buildings
- Drive a shift from technical compliance to a resident-first safety culture
- Oversee data management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility of safety records
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, regulators, and residents
- Monitor and report on performance, budgets, and contractor effectiveness
- Provide clear, actionable advice to senior leadership on policy, legislation, and risk
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of building safety legislation and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
