  • Influence at a senior level, engaging directly with leadership while also building strong relationships with site managers across the UK and Europe.
  • Enjoy the variety of a role that balances strategic projects and hands on auditing across a site portfolio both in the UK and overseas.
  • Join a business with a clear commitment to continuous improvement and professional development, including support with further qualifications.
  • Make a tangible difference in a fast-paced industry where compliance and sustainability are central to long-term growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with UK and EU environmental regulations.
  • Conduct and support environmental and quality audits across multiple sites (UK and Europe).
  • Maintain and improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems, ensuring sites meet audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on reporting for relevant frameworks.
  • Liaise with regulators, auditors and external bodies to ensure smooth inspections and compliance.
  • Support operations and logistics teams to embed quality processes and resolve customer issues.
  • Deliver training and awareness programmes on quality, compliance, and environmental standards.
What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years’ experience in a compliance, environmental or quality role.
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation and reporting requirements.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI desirable.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe (full UK driving licence required).
