Following a strategic investment in our quality and compliance capability, they seek a Compliance Manager to oversee installation standards, ensure airtight PAS 2030 compliance, and strengthen relationships with both delivery teams and contractors.

Compliance Manager – Retrofit (PAS 2030)
£45,000 - £60,000 + £400-£500 Car Allowance or Company Car + Bonus + Medical + Pension + 25 Days AL
Hybrid – Hatfield HQ / Sites across the South (3 days home / site, 2 days office)
Candidates will be considered with good transport links across the M25 / M1 / M40 / A1 and key routes cross the home counties.
The Role
- Ensure full PAS 2030 compliance across energy efficiency installations.
- Attend site to audit and inspect installations, supporting and guiding teams.
- Brief new contractors and site teams on standards, documentation and photographic evidence requirements.
- Own your diary – managing site visits, documentation reviews, and team communications.
- Be a key voice in quality control, feeding back findings and driving continual improvement.
- Build strong relationships across delivery teams and installers to ensure compliance and trust.
- Solid understanding of PAS 2035 / PAS 2030 and retrofit delivery.
- Practical construction/installation experience essential – especially around external wall insulation.
- Comfortable auditing on-site and addressing non-compliance with confidence and rapport.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation (experience with Viewpoint a bonus).
- Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel across Southern sites.
- Engaging communicator – assertive yet collaborative, able to build trust quickly.
- £45,000 - £60,000 basic depending on experience.
- £400-£500 monthly car allowance or fully expensed company car.
