Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee compliance across gas safety, EICRs, fire risk, EPCs, and HMO licensing
- Coordinate inspections, remedial works, and contractor performance
- Monitor incidents, complaints, and support audits and governance
- Promote safeguarding and data protection best practices
- Background in compliance, FM, or health & safety (housing/local authority a plus)
- Knowledge of key safety regulations (Fire, Gas, Electrical, HMO, etc.)
- Familiarity with GDPR, safeguarding, and reporting systems
- IOSH/NEBOSH or similar (desirable)
