Health and Safety Advisor - Entry to Early-Career Opportunity
Salary: Up to £38,000
Travel: Site Based, covering two sites in Swindon

- This role would be a great fit for someone early in their Health and Safety journey - maybe you’ve been working in a junior or assistant position, or you’re in a related role and looking to move into health and safety more formally.
- You’ll be someone who’s confident working with people at all levels, comfortable challenging when needed, and always focused on improvement. Good communication is key here – both on site and in writing.
What you’ll need?
Essential:
- IOSH Managing Safely or working towards a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- Some experience in operational environments (Logistics, Distribution or Transport experience would be preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
