Principal People are working with a growing Construction business within the residential sector to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor. Owing to continued expansion, they are open to both experienced H&S professionals and developing candidates who have hands-on site experience and a real ambition to build their career in Health and Safety.
You’ll cover residential sites across the West Midlands, with the autonomy to manage your own diary. The role sits alongside a supportive team and reports directly into the Health and Safety Director, giving you access to ongoing guidance while still enjoying independence day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site audits and inspections across multiple projects.
- Provide practical, straightforward Health and Safety advice to site teams.
- Build effective relationships on site to help promote a positive safety culture.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards it).Experience within Construction, Housebuilding or a related sector.
- A full UK driving licence.
Package:
- Basic salary up to £45,000
- £5,000 car allowance + mileage
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays
