What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with H&S regulations and internal procedures
- Provide guidance and support on RAMS
- Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, producing clear reports with corrective actions
- Keep accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities
- Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain a safe site culture
- Support updates to H&S documentation, policies, and procedures
- Assist with maintaining company accreditations and certification compliance
Ideal background:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
- Safety experience within Fitout, Refurbishment or Building Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
