The Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a new Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy, championing visible safety leadership, and shaping a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert coaching, advice, and guidance to stakeholders
- Review and update policies, procedures, and safety documentation
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventative actions
- Conduct audits and inspections with clear, actionable reporting
- Deliver engaging training sessions, including HSE inductions
- Support risk assessments, hazard identification, and DSE/office safety management
- Experience as a Health & Safety Advisor, ideally with NEBOSH General (Construction a bonus)
- Strong understanding of safety policies, procedures, and best practice
- Confident in investigations, stakeholder engagement, and training facilitation
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively
