This is hybrid role with 2-3 days a week from their South West London Head Office and homeworking managing a small team of direct reports within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly leadership meetings
- Managing a small team of 5 direct reports
- Reviewing and updating of compliance data
- Responsible for budget spending
- Overall responsibility for the ‘big 6’ compliance areas
- Liaison with internal management teams in relation to compliance and building safety
- Dealing with external contractors in relation to associated compliance areas
- Ideally degree level in an associated field
- Senior level experience within compliance in the housing sector or closely aligned experience
- Experience with the ‘Big 6’ compliance areas
- Have managed teams of direct reports
- Be a strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
