Interim Health and Safety Advisor

We’re supporting a fast-growing, multi-site M&E contractor to source an Interim Health and Safety Advisor for a business-critical assignment.

With a team under pressure and a crucial backfill needed, your expertise will play a vital role in stabilising project delivery and ensuring safety standards across several high-value builds.

You’ll support a health and safety team delivering:

• Site-based inspections, incident investigations, and risk assessments
• Contractor engagement, RAMS reviews
• Representation in main contractor meetings
• Proactive safety presence across multiple live sites

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of M&E risk
• Confident communicator, comfortable leading on-site and engaging subcontractors
• Proven background in fast-paced construction environments
• Self-sufficient, experienced, and able to “hit the ground running”

Package & Details

• Day Rate: £350-400 per day
• Inside IR35
• 3–6 month contract
• Travel: Sites in London and Cambridge (expenses paid)
• Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday
• Start: Immediate preferred (1–2 weeks max)
