Interim ISO / IMS Consultant

Are you an experienced HSEQ / ISO experienced professional who thrives on making a real impact? We’re working with a well-established and growing specialist manufacturing organisation who are looking for an Interim ISO / IMS Consultant to support the business with their IMS compliance, systems and procedures. This role offers hybrid working based from their site in North Hampshire and they are looking for a well-seasoned professional to assist in their ongoing pursuit of improvement in relation to ISO 45001/14001/9001 and recertifications.

Interim ISO / IMS Consultant – Manufacturing – North Hampshire
Day Rate: £400-450/day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• GAP Analysis and reviewing of management systems and continued improvement
• Review and improvement to company policies and procedures
• Making sure HSEQ compliance and legislation is up to date.
• Work with the organisation for ISO 45001 and 14001 reaccreditations early 2026
• Work with the business in relation to current non-conformances

What We’re Looking For:

• ISO / Management System related qualification (e.g Lead Auditor quals)
• Experience within the Manufacturing sector or closely associated sectors (e.g food, medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace etc)
• Hold strong experience working with ISO management systems
• Experience of GAP analysis of mgmt. systems and continued improvement
• Hold a strong grounding in HSEQ compliance
• Be available immediately or at short notice
• Be a strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
