As Quality Manager, your role will include:
- Managing a team of six quality professionals and supporting in their roles
- Reporting to the Plant Manager and taking ownership of Quality on site
- Managing the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 1694
- Supporting teams internal with investigations and problem solving
- Create and maintain department objectives and KPIs
- Supporting the Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure high standards and carry out supply quality engineer
- Working with the warrantee team to ensure a quality service and address concerns where necessary
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Experience within the manufacturing or automotive industries
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- An auditing qualification is highly desirable
- Experience in a Quality Management role
