With a strong project pipeline across the region and a reputation for quality, the organisation is now looking to bring in a dedicated Senior Health and Safety Manager to develop their Safety function.
A hybrid role, this is a key role in refining and implementing the H&S strategy while supporting operational teams across sites, predominantly based within Kent.
The Senior Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing practical Health and Safety advice and support across live projects
- Working closely with senior leadership to develop and embed the Group H&S strategy
- Conducting incident investigations and implementing preventative measures
- Driving continuous improvement and promoting a positive H&S culture
- Leading on audits, inspections, and site-based engagement
- Manage a small Team of H&S Professionals
- Experience in Civil Engineering, Utilities, Telecommunications, Highways, Construction or similar. environments
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate or equivalent
- A full UK driving licence
- Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience
- £5,000 car allowance
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
