Our Future Leaders Mentoring Programme, delivered through the S4G Network, is designed to help those within their careers progress and reach their full potential.
Our programme
Our mentoring programme is exclusively delivered by S4G Network, our non-profit organisation founded in 2018 to give back to the Safety and Sustainability community.
The programme aims to help those within their Safety and Sustainability careers gain experience by learning from more senior professionals in the format of small-group mentoring sessions.

How it works
Preparation
We start off with your introductory videos and behavioural assessments. It is all about getting to know each other and setting the stage for success.
Opening sessions
Mentors will set a clear objectives and schedules will be cleared! Come prepared to share and learn from each other and allow a space for open dialogue.
Ongoing engagement
Structured sessions and impromptu discussions are welcome. We support everyone along this journey to ensure you all have a platform to contribute.
Closure and reflection
We will discuss the sustainability of your progress and set expectations for future networking. This will also give you the opportunity to reflect on your journey and share key learnings.

How long is the programme?
We facilitate the programme for 6 months. This consists of one 2 hour session each month, which is conducted over Microsoft Teams.

What will be covered in the sessions?
Each session is designed to compliment your learning and growth, as you progress with your career. Sessions will be bespoke and tailored towards the needs of your small peer group and will be focussed on soft skills, rather than technical.
