With decades of industry success and a respected name across London and the South East, this is an ideal role for someone early in their career looking for hands-on experience, close mentorship and the chance to grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with building surveys and defect analysis
  • Contribute to dilapidation reports, specifications and schedules

  • Gain exposure to party wall matters and client liaison
  • Work closely with experienced surveyors across a wide range of projects
What We’re Looking For

  • Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in a consultancy or similar setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ambition to work towards chartership (if not already achieved)
