Key Responsibilities
- Assist with building surveys and defect analysis
- Contribute to dilapidation reports, specifications and schedules
- Support contract administration and site inspections
- Gain exposure to party wall matters and client liaison
- Work closely with experienced surveyors across a wide range of projects
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline (RICS-accredited)
- Ideally 1–3 years’ experience in a consultancy or similar setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ambition to work towards chartership (if not already achieved)
