Reporting directly to the Safety Department, you’ll travel to sites across the South, primarily along the coast, championing safety standards and working closely with on-site teams to deliver meaningful change.
What you’ll be doing as Health and Safety Advisor:
- Provide expert and competent advice to Health and Safety enquiries on site
- Carry out audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Create reports for management on site safety performance
- Conduct incident investigations where required to identify root causes and preventative measures
- Maintain positive relationships with staff to help promote a positive Health and Safety culture.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the sites on safety matters.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with staff at all levels across multiple sites
- 1-2 years of experience in an operational safety role.
