What we’re looking for:
We welcome applications from candidates who have:
- A NEBOSH General Certificate
- Experience in a Manufacturing, Packaging, FMCG, Logistics, or Warehousing environment
- A proactive mindset and ambition to grow and develop within the Health and Safety field
- Leading and implementing a proactive HSE strategy across multiple sites
- Acting as a key member of the senior leadership team to drive the overall safety vision
- Coaching and mentoring teams to embed a culture of best safety practices
- Reviewing, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to elevate safety performance from good to excellent
- Managing accident investigations and identifying actions to prevent recurrence
- Partnering with operational teams to deliver continuous improvements in safety performance
