Interim Head of Building Safety (Remediation)

Principal People are partnered with one of the UK’s leading Housing Associations, who are looking for an Interim Head of Building Safety (Remediation) to join them on a 3-6 month contract.

This hybrid role will be responsible for working at a strategic level across the remediation team covering projects within London.

This is a hybrid role between their office in North West London, homeworking and site visits within London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on behalf of the organisation in relation to the remediation projects across their HRB’s, working with contractors, liaison with associated stakeholders across the project portfolios, working with the associated housing teams, responsible for a small team of two direct reports and over strategic level responsibilities.

They are looking for a leader with strong verbal communicator and the role is to pay £450-550/day.

The successful Regeneration Consultant will:

• Chartered RISQS / CIOB
• Hold remediation experience within the social housing sector
• Technical knowledge on fire safety and building safety
• Ideally be available for an immediate start / at short notice
• Hold strong leadership capabilities
• Be an engaging, strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
