Interim Health and Safety Manager – Manufacturing – North Hampshire
Day Rate: £350-£400/day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 3 months

Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional who thrives on making a real impact? We’re working with a well-established and growing specialist manufacturing organisation who are looking for an Interim Health and Safety Manager to support the business with their health and safety compliance, systems and procedures.

This role offers hybrid working based from their site in North Hampshire and they are looking for a well-seasoned health and safety professional to assist in their ongoing pursuit of health and safety improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing of management systems and continued improvement
• Review and improvement to health and safety policies and procedures
• Making sure all compliance and H&S documentation is up to date.
• Site inspections and hazard spotting
• Reviewing and improvement of RAMS
• General H&S Advice across the business

What We’re Looking For:

• NEBOSH General as a minimum
• Experience within the Manufacturing sector
• Ideally hold experience of associated risk profiles - Chemicals , high temperatures, hazardous materials
• Hold a strong grounding in health and safety compliance
• Be a strong communicator able to liaise at all levels.
