Key Responsibilities:
- Site visits
- Act as the main point of contact for tenant liaison and coordination
- Supporting management teams
- Promote positive working relationships and integration amongst tenants
- Dealing with day to day queries from site occupiers
- Working on soft/hard facilities issues
- Making sure any action points are closed out
- Report writing on site activities / issues
- IOSH Managing Safely ideally
- Have experience within facilities based roles
- Ideally hold experience within NHS / Public Sector
- Be happy to work a part time position (3 days per week)
- Be happy to work a multisite position
- Be a strong communicator able to liaise at all levels with strong customer services skills.
