Quality Engineer - Bedfordshire - Up to £45,000 + package

The Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll help shape and develop a growing Quality function. As the first Quality Engineer in the team, you’ll have real influence over how the role evolves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering internal audits and supporting the wider audit schedule
  • Working within ISO9001 frameworks, with opportunities to broaden into more advanced standards
  • Reviewing internal processes and recommending improvements
  • Updating and managing controlled documents
  • Supporting supplier approval processes
  • Helping develop new quality frameworks and systems
  • Maintaining documentation and records through digital platforms

What You’ll Need
  • Experience within a manufacturing or technical environment
  • Internal auditing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO9001
  • Able to communicate effectively across different teams
  • A continuous-improvement mindset
  • Engineering degree beneficial but not essential
