We’re working with an award-winning, forward thinking construction business to recruit a Trainee CDM Advisor.
This is a rare chance to join a reputable employer that invests heavily in their people, offering structured development, hands-on mentoring, and exposure to major residential construction projects from day one.
Whether you're early in your career or have a bit of CDM or site safety experience, this role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long term career in CDM and H&S within a supportive environment.

What’s in it for you?
  • Up to £40,000 base salary
  • Choice of company car (Electric and Hybrid Options) or £5,675 car allowance
  • Up to 10% pension contribution
  • Private medical and life assurance
  • Excellent Discretionary bonus scheme
  • 25 days annual leave (rising with service) + bank holidays
  • Career coaching, internal development pathways, and clear progression
  • Hybrid working (split across home, head office and sites)
What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting regional teams to meet CDM 2015 and HSE standards
  • Attending pre-start site visits and planning meetings
  • Reviewing and helping compile key HSE/CDM documentation
  • Participating in compliance audits across live projects
  • Shadowing senior CDM and HSEQ professionals to gain experience
  • Contributing to continual improvements in HSE performance

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Holds a NEBOSH Construction or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
  • Is eager to learn, curious about the CDM and keen to build a career in Health and Safety
  • Is confident engaging with teams on-site and in design/planning meetings
  • Lives within reasonable travel distance to High Wycombe.
  • Ideally has some exposure to the Construction sector.

Why join this business?
  • Exceptional staff retention rate
  • Well-established, professional HSEQ function
  • Supportive leadership from an experienced Group CDM Manager
