Hi! I’m Joshua, Head of Operations here at Principal People. I joined the business just over two years ago with a decade of marketing experience and have since progressed into a senior leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations. My remit includes everything from managing compliance, technology, marketing, and communications to optimising processes, data, and supporting the amazing central services team.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with friends and family, out and about travelling, playing golf (not very well), or simply with my feet up watching a good Netflix series.
Hello, I’m Jess! I joined the Principal People team in 2016 when I was 17 as an apprentice studying business. Fast forward to 2023 and I’m proud to have progressed to a Manager leading our brilliant Sales Support team.
In my spare time I enjoy exploring new places to walk in the UK with my dog, vacationing abroad, spending time with friends and family, attempting to follow new recipes and seeing live bands.
Hey, I’m Hannah! I joined Principal People in 2021 as a member of the Sales Support team. I manage our compliance processes and provide specialist support to the contract and interim side of the business.
Outside of work I enjoy keeping fit, trying out new restaurants and cocktail bars with my friends and going on holiday.

I’ve been with ‘PP’ for a decade, time flies! The last 18 months I’ve spent enjoying my current position. Prior to this I worked within our search division, focussing efforts on supporting our senior candidates.
In my current role, I get to work with our newest recruits and also support our existing team members. It’s very rewarding. CSR is also an area of focus for me and is a new an exciting addition to my role, especially our S4G initiative.
Outside of work, life is busy being mum to a teenager and a demanding 5-year-old. Family time is important to me, any free time I can get my hands on is spent trying to enjoy 5 minutes peace!

I bring 20 years of experience of working in SMB’s and now support the financial direction of Principal People and day to day finance operations. In my spare time, you will find me in all weathers watching my children play football or out for dinner with family and friends.

My name is Rosie, I started at PP Recruitment 3 and a half years ago in a Credit Control role and worked my way up to Credit Control Manager. There is more to Credit Control than the stereotypes of only chasing people for money and being aggressive. It is so refreshing that PP Recruitment have an ethical, flexible, and friendly ethos to cater for all our client’s needs. This is why I love my job, (few people can say that and mean it!)
Outside of the office, I have 2 teenage girls, 2 dogs, 1 cat and a hamster to keep me, (very) busy. When I finally have some down time, I enjoy going to the cinema a few times a month and meeting up with friends for a much-needed glass of wine!
