My name is Lauren and I am the Account Manager for the Corporate Services team. I have been with Principal People for just over six years, starting as a candidate Resourcing Partner and progressing within the team to my current role. I work closely with clients to understand their requirements for recruitment and find suitable candidates for their vacancy. I also speak with candidates in depth to make sure we are finding the right role for them.
I spend a lot of my spare time at the cinema watching all of the new releases. I also enjoy Principal People social events, spending time outdoors, and listening to podcasts.

Senior Resourcing Partner
I am a Senior Resourcing Partner, working closely with Reece to strengthen our candidate delivery team. I was previously in a similar role within recruitment, working a variety of roles within an assortment of different industries.
Outside of work you will often find me going out to dinner with friends and family, and I also enjoy a bit of shopping.

My currently role consist of the leadership of our team of recruitment consultants as well as maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients . Away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family which consists of my wife Beth, my two boys Lando and Kobe, our dog Roman and our cats Bentley and Lola.
When I’m not with the family I enjoy dog walks, cooking, playing golf (badly) as well as watching rugby, football and F1.
