My name is Lauren and I am the Account Manager for the Corporate Services team. I have been with Principal People for just over four years, starting as a candidate Resourcing Partner and progressing within the team to my current role. I work closely with clients to understand their requirements for recruitment and find suitable candidates for their vacancy. I also speak with candidates in depth to make sure we are finding the right role for them.
I spend a lot of my spare time at the cinema watching all of the new releases. I also enjoy Principal People social events, spending time outdoors, and listening to podcasts.
I joined Principal People initially back in 2016, having come from a marketing and events background. I have also been a Chef and can be seen as the ‘go to’ in the office for any culinary or recipe advice! Initially having working within the corporate markets, I soon worked my way through the ranks at PP to become a true expert within this field. I currently lead our Technical Services team, acting as a key manager for a selection of larger clients and candidates.
Outside of work I am an avid golfer, currently playing off a handicap of 3. You can often find me exploring through the countryside with my dog, Hugo.
I am a Senior Resourcing Partner, working closely with Reece to strengthen our candidate delivery team. I was previously in a similar role within recruitment, working a variety of roles within an assortment of different industries.
Outside of work you will often find me going out to dinner with friends and family, and I also enjoy a bit of shopping.
