Hi! I’m Francheska but go by Fran, I’m the Senior Resourcing Partner at Principal People. I have been here for nearly 6 years now which has flown by as I genuinely love my job and the company. The best part of my role would have to be being able to help a candidate find their dream job. Day-to-day I manage the start-to-end candidate management process, from a candidate search for a role to an initial conversation, submission of CV to the client, preparation for interview, to offering a candidate the position.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going on long walks, and decorating my new house. I also enjoy a weekend escape to the coast as my Mum lives in Devon so I frequently visit her and make the most of the beach in the summer when England occasionally has nice weather.
I am an Associate Resourcing Partner here within the Manufacturing team at Principal People. It's been over a year since I joined the team and I am looking forward to continue engaging with candidates with job opportunities.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and going on holiday.
I am the team leader for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Team and have worked with Principal People for the past 6 years. I am a semi-professional football referee and operate on the Football League and National League.
